St. Erik Eye Hospital is the most comprehensive ophthalmic and vison research institution in Sweden.
We conduct translational research in close collaboration with world-respected Karolinska Institutet. This creates excellent conditions for the highest scientific standards and controlled research results.

About 35 employees at the hospital are active in clinical research. We have two professors and two adjunct professors with joint employment at Karolinska Institutet.
